I joined PandaDoc in 2017 and gained deep exposure to how a fast-paced product company operates — from internal processes and team rituals to data-driven decision-making.

During my time at PandaDoc, I made key contributions across multiple areas: led the design and launch of the mobile app initiative; designed end-to-end features, including complex tools like Bulk Send; contributed to the Editor experience, such as designing reminders for fillable document inputs to improve recipient engagement; contributed to building and managing integrations with third-party services; created template solutions tailored to customer needs.

I actively participated in usability testing, conducted user interviews, and worked extensively with product metrics and tools like FullStory to evaluate live solutions and identify opportunities for improvement. I collaborated closely with developers, product managers, fellow designers, and company founders throughout the entire product development cycle — from ideation to implementation.

In September 2021, PandaDoc reached unicorn status, marking a major milestone in the company’s growth journey.
